Hello and Welcome to The Pediatric Center of Stamford!
We at the Pediatric Center welcome you to our practice and look forward to meeting you and your family. Our practice has been in existence for over five decades and we consistently strive to offer family centered compassionate care to the children of Fairfield County and Westchester.
Enjoy navigating around our website. You will be able to learn a lot about our practice and we hope many of your questions will be answered. Of course, if you have questions or concerns that have not been addressed, please contact us.

If you are the parent (or about to be the parent) of a newborn, CONGRATULATIONS! We look forward to meeting you and your family. Don’t worry! There is nothing that you must do regarding contacting our office before the delivery except it is always a good idea to verify that we accept your insurance plan. (please call if you are unsure). We will meet you and your baby(s) at Stamford Hospital usually the morning after you have given birth. If you have identified us as your pediatric practice, the hospital will contact us right after the delivery to let us know you are there. However, please let us know beforehand if there are any special concerns, questions, or medical problems that you may have. If we are aware of these in advance, we can discuss the issues and perhaps prepare you for some of the things to expect.
It would be helpful if you downloaded and completed the forms below before your first visit to the office (or if you would like we would be happy to take these completed forms from you in the hospital).

Older Children

If you are the parent of an older child that is joining our practice, we welcome you as well! To make an appointment for one of our practitioners or to be seen during walk-in hours, you will need to be a registered patient. We are happy to register you as a patient of our practice as soon as you have provided us with some required materials.

Forms required for registration:

Records from previous practice/MD (these may be mailed/dropped off/faxed at 203 327-0652)

Pediatric Center registration packet

Copy of insurance card
Our physicians will review the records before your scheduled appointment. If your child has any chronic medical problems or you are concerned about something, we would strongly recommend that you make an appointment to see us at your earliest convenience. We can discuss the concerns that you have and become acquainted with you and the family. We will not see new patients during our walk-in hours.

Once all this paperwork is received, please allow some time for us to finalize registration.  When completed, you will receive a phone call from us to schedule any appointments your child may need or you may call us to make the appointment.

Any questions, please contact Sue at our office @ 203 327-1055. *In special circumstances, we may be able to see a new patient before all of the paperwork is complete. Please speak to Sue or one of the head nurses.
